I booked a room at this hotel via the Fab Hotel app and prepaid immediately using the 'pay now' option, which was confirmed by a message on March 12th at 8 am. I was traveling to Delhi by flight that day. Upon arrival, I received a message saying my stay was shifted to another hotel 2.5 km away. When I called the hotel, they said no room was available and that's why they changed it. I don't understand how they showed availability and accepted payment if no room was free. They also told me to contact customer care if I didn't want to stay at the alternate hotel. This feels like a scam. They took 2200 rs for the original room but charged the other hotel, which doesn't even have rooms for 1200 rs. I don't know why they cheat customers like this. Customer care agreed to refund me, but after 3 days, I haven't received it. I usually stay at Fab Hotels but this is the first time I was cheated by their staff. I have lost trust in Fab Hotels.

Fraudsters. Cheating people. I was with my family 2 kids at morning 8:30 AM they promised me early check-in and later after 2 hours at 10:30 when I was still waiting with my family they said all rooms booked and they can give in neighbour some friends hotel that was 3rd class. I asked them why did they waste my time and cheat me like this they said they had overbooked more than capacity thinking we will agree to their 3rd party hotel nearby 3rd class hotel. God will punish them for sure. Wicked people and fraudulent people
