Great spot to stay

Dear Team, I want to provide feedback about my recent stay at your hotel. Sadly, my experience was disappointing because of multiple problems like unclean rooms, slow service, and staff not responding quickly. The service quality fell short of what I expected from your hotel. As a guest, I anticipated more hospitality, comfort, and care for customer issues. I hope you will address these problems and work on enhancing your services and guest experience going forward. Thank you for considering my feedback.

My stay at Hotel Bharat Continental was fantastic; the staff greeted us warmly and were very helpful right from our arrival. The room was clean, roomy, and very cozy. I strongly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again on my next visit.

Booking a hotel room or stay here was one of the worst experiences. The property was in bad condition, the bathrooms were dirty, the laundry service was awful, and the overall cleanliness was well below acceptable levels. The facilities did not align with the online description. A very disappointing stay and I would not suggest it.
