This was truly one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced, and I deeply regret choosing this place. Hotel O by OYO near Pune IT Park, Bopodi is badly managed, unhygienic, and lacks professionalism. The state of the rooms and the management's attitude made the stay very stressful and uncomfortable. The manager, Ashok Mohod, was rude, dishonest, careless, and showed little interest in assisting guests. Whenever we raised issues, he either ignored them, made excuses, or lied instead of fixing the problems. He kept saying only two rooms were available, but it was clear many rooms were empty. We were moved from one faulty room to another because nearly every room had serious problems: malfunctioning ACs, dirty and poorly maintained bathrooms, unclean toilets, stained and unhygienic bedsheets, some rooms without working geysers, no WiFi, no lift, and inadequate toiletries. The hygiene was awful; rooms didn't seem properly cleaned, bedsheets appeared used and stained, and bathrooms were dirty enough to be off-putting. Basic hospitality was lacking too; we booked two rooms but received only one old, half-used handwash bottle instead of proper toiletries. The most alarming and unsafe aspect was the manager's behavior at night. He locked the hotel and disappeared to sleep elsewhere, claiming he was on a "48-hour duty." Around 3 AM, another couple wanted to leave but couldn't because the hotel was locked and the manager was missing. They were effectively trapped until morning. I've never encountered such irresponsible and unsafe hotel management. This place feels less like a professional hotel and more like a neglected lodge without proper management, upkeep, or guest care. Don't trust the online photos; the reality is completely different. If you value cleanliness, safety, professionalism, or even basic comfort, avoid this hotel and book elsewhere.

The bed linen was torn and looked unhygienic. There were cockroaches in the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The toilet design was also inconvenient as there was no wash basin, so every time we washed our hands, our feet got wet. On top of that, the room provided was completely different from the one that was originally booked. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations at all.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff was very polite and supportive throughout the stay. Excellent service, good food, and a peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Great location, quick service, delicious food, and very professional staff. Everything was perfectly managed. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
