Just ok
I was given a garbage room with a faulty washroom. When I complained, the housekeeper told me to adjust as he was the only person there to clean. I insisted that I wanted them to change the room, and when they finally did, I somehow got an even worse room. There were blood stains on the bedsheet, the room was dirty, and the door had a hole which was badly covered with paper that fell off. There was no TV, and when I asked for a plate to eat, they said they didn't have any. Toiletries were not provided; even after asking, all I got was a bar of soap. I had breakfast included when booking, but they didn't provide it. This was the worst experience ever with Agoda.Also they don't even have parking
Clean and comfortable room. All staff behaviour is very good. Highly recommended.
