Unacceptable Bathroom Issues

The room was tidy. However, it was very disturbing to find a rat inside the bucket in the second floor bathroom, which is unacceptable. The windows were closed as well. The ceiling was damp, and there was a large hole for a light with exposed wiring. The bathroom clearly lacked proper maintenance. The receptionists were not serious about the issue and treated it casually. They only changed the bucket after we requested it. The staff were very unprofessional.
