★☆☆☆☆By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.The problems started right from check-in. Despite there being only two customers at the reception, I had to wait for almost 30 minutes before I was given my room. After a long journey, this delay was extremely frustrating.I was assigned Room No. 524, and the room had multiple issues from the moment I entered. The door lock was broken from the inside, the TV was not working, and the washroom taps were not functioning properly. When I reported these problems to the reception, the staff simply asked me to "adjust" instead of providing a solution. Their attitude was unprofessional, unhelpful, and disappointing.The parking area was also very poorly maintained and felt unsafe, especially at night. It was so dark and unsettling that going to the parking area after dark felt uncomfortable and intimidating.Overall, this stay caused unnecessary inconvenience, frustration, and mental stress. After a long journey, I expected basic hospitality and properly maintained facilities, but unfortunately, I received neither. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
