My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was poor, and the staff were highly unprofessional, especially when handling my special requests.Although the room itself was acceptable, the washroom was leaking and had an unpleasant smell. The hotel’s location was also extremely crowded and noisy, making it difficult to have any peace or privacy.What was most disappointing was the hotel’s lack of willingness to assist or resolve these issues. Despite the problems I faced during my stay, my request for a refund was denied, and the staff did not make any meaningful effort to help.Overall, choosing this property was a completely wrong decision. I expected much better service and hospitality, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I strongly request that the management reconsider my refund request and take responsibility for the poor experience provided.

I had a very disappointing experience at Gold Hotel Regency, Paharganj.I booked this hotel through Goibibo. I arrived approximately two hours before the standard check-in time and politely requested an early check-in only if a room was already vacant, or at least permission to freshen up while waiting.The manager refused my request and instead stated that early check-in would only be possible if I cancelled my Goibibo booking and made a direct booking with the hotel for the same amount. This appears to be an attempt to bypass the online booking platform, which is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about fair business practices.Additionally, the room's air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the manager's behavior throughout the interaction was rude, discourteous, and lacking basic customer service standards. My concerns were not addressed satisfactorily.As a paying guest, I expected transparent, ethical, and professional service. Instead, I experienced poor hospitality, inadequate facilities, and conduct that could be considered an unfair trade practice. I strongly recommend that prospective guests exercise caution before booking this property through any online travel platform.Overall, this was an extremely unsatisfactory experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for one night. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with comfortable bedding and a pleasant ambience. The interiors looked modern, and the overall cleanliness was good. The staff was courteous, and the stay was comfortable overall.The only issue I faced was in the bathroom, where the main faucets were not functioning properly, which was a bit inconvenient. I hope the management gets this fixed, as it would further improve the guest experience. Other than that, it was a good stay, and I would consider staying here again.

This hotel's amenities are a lie. The pictures are from 10 years ago and look nothing like real life. Most of the reviews are fraudulent and mention things that don't even exist, like a rooftop pool. Take a look, they all are from people with no other reviews. I'm very displeased with my stay here and don't want others to be decieved like I was. All of the 5 star reviews are bought and paid for. The only benefit of this place is the location close to the train station but be warned you'll be hearing honking and loud music all night. The breakfast looks fancy, but it consists solely of cheap ingredients, bread, rice, pasta and is not worth it. The hot water barely works, the wifi goes in and out and expires every 24 hrs. There are advertisements for a steam room in the elevator, but when you ask about it, it does not exist. This is fraud. Don't reward this kind of behaviour.
