Terrible service, staff cause harassment over payments even when customers choose the pay-at-hotel option. They mentally harass guests about payments and share misleading policy guidelines to deceive customers. With such behavior, how can guests feel safe and comfortable here? This hotel should be removed from all booking sites, especially the managers on the morning shift of September 10th.

Solo Traveller • Sep 2026Considering the price they ask for, this hotel is definitely not worth it. I paid about ₹2500, but its real value seems to be only ₹600–700. The room quality is very bad; you can easily hear the doorbell ringing for other rooms inside ours. Even quiet talks at the reception are audible in the room. Despite the high charges, they don't offer basic items like a toothbrush or toothpaste. The bedsheets, blanket, and the room overall are of poor quality. I would highly recommend not staying here.
