The property was good overall initially, but there were a couple of disappointing experiences during our stay.Firstly, we were charged for plates when we ordered food through Zomato, which was quite unusual and unexpected.Secondly, we had opted for the breakfast-inclusive package. However, when we arrived at the breakfast hall the next morning, there was a corporate event taking place. The dining area was extremely crowded, with many guests skipping the queue and creating a chaotic atmosphere. Unfortunately, there were no hotel staff available to manage the crowd or maintain order. We waited for nearly 30 minutes, but since no one attended to the situation, we eventually left without having breakfast.After we raised the issue with the hotel, they promptly arranged to serve breakfast in our room, which we appreciated. While the resolution was good, the overall breakfast experience was disappointing and could have been managed much better.
They Only Provide Few Items in Brekfast And Not Hygiene like They Don't Cover Food Properly.. For Veg Persons They Don't Have Live Items live Dosa.. Pls Add Some Items In Brekfast Menu
It was overall a nice stay although we faced some problems with the washroom facilities, it was very small but there are no other complaints. The staff is very cooperative and helps whenever needed.
