The Roa Hotel

One of the best hotel near Ghatkopar station.. on 27 june 2026 they upgraded me to their club room. It was great feeling . Biryani i ordered was hitting every taste buds. Must visit and must eat here.. good hygiene and Delicious food..

We are currently staying at this hotel and overall it has been a pleasant experience.The food here is really good. It’s fresh, tasty and properly prepared. The real highlight of our stay has been Omkar sir who’s present at the restaurant here, the way he served us with so much warmth and happiness was truly exceptional! He handled everything so smoothly and always had a smile on his face. His positive energy and caring nature made us feel so welcomed and special. Service like this is rare and he truly made us want to come and stay at this hotel again.I would also like to mention Nawaz at the front desk for being polite and helpful and Abhishek (from Bihar) for assisting us whenever needed.

I really loved the Roa Hotel. The beds were absolutely comfortable’the pillows were at the perfect height for me, and the mattresses were soft. I slept very well there. I also enjoyed the shower.My special thanks go to Omkar from the restaurant. He provided not only excellent service but also very good advice on which dishes were perfect and which side dishes paired well with them. The kitchen is marvelous, with so many options that it was hard to choose’and that’s where Omkar stepped in and gave me great guidance.The next time I am in Mumbai, I will definitely stay at the Roa Hotel again, with its air-conditioned rooms.
