Ive been to this property recently there is no staff to response , the rooms were very dirty that no one even want to sit on them, reaced property at checkin time but waited for more than an hour for checking in there were no complimentaries provided even the water bottles , and the rooms you cannot even look at that dirty walls. I had a very bad experience from this stay. And i think it is definitely not a place for couples better avoid this property

If I can review with minus star I would rate that. We booked a room for 2 days. We paid through UPI. We asked the room photos before booking and they said it is updated in Google and it is exactly the same. When we reached we were given a small room. The sheets were so bad. The pillow cases were dirty and even holes in the bedsheet. The bathroom was so yellow. Not a brush has passed through in years through that toilet. We reported the reception and they said they will give another room, so we waited. But the other room was same but has A/C. We checked out and reported to reception saying you would get this type of rooms in 3 star hotel and after argument they changed the sheets and cleaned but it was not even better. They didn't refund even though we gave money directly through the UPI. The photos are better than the original.
