My stay at Treebo Silver Key was very disappointing, and I'm honestly unsure if I should rate it 1 star. The washroom door didn't have a lock, the walls were in terrible shape and appeared rotten, and the bedsheets had disturbing stains that made the room feel unclean. The floors were dusty, the bath towels were dirty, and overall cleanliness was very poor. The room lacked an intercom, kitchen, in-house restaurant, and breakfast was not provided. Hot water was completely unavailable, only slightly warm water was offered, which was inadequate. Even basic items like a complimentary water bottle were missing. There was a lot of hair on the bed, which was disgusting. Most worrying was the receptionist stating they are no longer affiliated with Treebo, yet the property is still listed under the Treebo brand, which seems misleading. Overall, this place does not meet basic hotel standards, maintenance, or hygiene. I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially families or business travelers. It was the worst experience.

My stay at this property was very disappointing. There was no water available at night, and no towels were provided. I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, but I was given a smoking room instead. The staff showed very little concern when I raised these issues.The bathroom was not clean, and the lack of water made it even more inconvenient. I also noticed a lot of cockroaches in the room. To make matters worse, the bed was in terrible condition—it felt like something was crawling or moving underneath the sheets, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably.Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service were far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here.
