First time using OYO and this place was terrible. I found cockroaches and bed bugs in both the room and bathroom, which made the stay very unpleasant and unsanitary. The bed looked so dirty I was afraid to sleep on it. The bedsheets were filthy and I didn’t feel safe using the blanket, so I avoided it and just managed to get through the night. The staff were unhelpful and the overall vibe of the property was not comfortable. Throughout my one-day stay, many couples came and went, making it feel more like a spot for short private visits rather than a proper hotel. Also, there’s a quick-commerce warehouse next door with delivery people constantly moving around, causing more disturbance. Overall, very disappointing and I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone wanting a clean, comfortable, and quiet stay.

My stay was a complete disaster. The rooms were filthy and infested with bed bugs! I was very let down by the lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The carpets had stains, the bathroom showed mold, and dust covered all surfaces. The worst issue was the bed bugs; shortly after lying down, I found live bugs on the sheets and mattress seams, resulting in several itchy bites. When I reported this to the staff, they were unhelpful and dismissive. This hotel is dirty, unsafe, and totally unacceptable. Avoid it to protect your money and health.

I had a worst experience, room is full of bed bugs, entire night I had to stay awake.I booked this hotel to rest, but due to dirty room and bed bugs everything ruined, Please never ever go to this hotel, Third class cleanliness, dirtiest beds that I have ever seen
