This place is really disappointing. The rooms are in bad shape and cleanliness is totally ignored. The bathroom was very filthy and unhygienic, which made the stay quite unpleasant. There was no decent room service, and even simple essentials were missing. Overall, the property is poorly maintained. I definitely do not recommend it. It’s not worth the cost—I truly felt it was a total waste of money. If I could give a negative rating, I would.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I booked the room through Agoda and completed the payment online. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff insisted that I pay again, claiming their system showed the booking amount was still pending. Despite showing my Agoda booking confirmation and payment details, they continued asking for extra money.Another issue was with the breakfast. My Agoda booking clearly stated that breakfast was included, but the hotel staff refused to provide it and simply said that breakfast was not included. They were unwilling to verify the booking details or resolve the issue.This caused unnecessary stress and completely spoiled the check-in experience. If a hotel partners with online booking platforms, they should honor the confirmed booking details instead of making guests argue over payments and included services.I would not recommend this property unless they improve their coordination with Agoda and treat guests more professionally.
