Very disappointing experience.I have to loose the money and had to shift the othe hotelI had booked this hotel well in advance through Agoda with full payment, expecting a smooth stay. However, even after reaching around 4 PM, the room was not ready. I was made to wait till almost 4:50 PM while they cleaned the room in front of me.Upon finally receiving the room, I encountered multiple issues:1. The balcony was extremely dirty and filled with dust.2. There was no electricity in the room at the time of check-in.3. The bathroom had a very unpleasant and unhygienic odor.4. I had booked a deluxe room; however, I was given a room with two single beds joined together, which is not as per expectations.5. When I ordered drinking water, the room service staff insisted on immediate payment, stating they were ’separate,’ which was unprofessional and unexpected.6. Even after electricity was restored, basic amenities such as the AC and TV were not functioning.7. Staff was speaking very rulely when asking of besic things.I had made this booking in advance and paid in full, expecting a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing, and the services provided do not match the standards promised.On top of that, staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even for basic things like water, they demanded immediate payment.

The hotel is better than i expected location is very good only one thing i found inappropriate is the staff denied early check in rest every thing is good couple friendly and easy to check in

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. The housekeeping standards are far below any acceptable level and require immediate and serious improvement. The towels provided were clearly used, extremely dirty, and almost black in color. The bathroom was filthy, unhygienic, and had a strong foul smell, making the room unfit for stay. This hotel is absolutely not suitable for families and raises serious hygiene and health concerns. The photos displayed online are misleading and outdated; the actual condition of the hotel is faded, poorly maintained, and nowhere close to what is advertised. Urgent improvement in housekeeping and cleanliness is mandatory, and I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until proper standards are maintained.
