Except for hotel location, all other things are bad. Rooms are small and not maintained. Toilets are very dirty and full of cockroachs. Bedsheets are not clean and torn. Breakfast is ok with very limited option and vending machine tea which taste not good. Not at all recommended for family.
The service from the staff is poor. The air-conditioning was not working, we complained, they pretended as if they are trying to fix but only false promises. After 4 hours & escalation to their management that they switched on the chiller unit & than only the room became cool. maybe they were trying to save some money by not running the chiller unit. The breakfast options are very very minimalist.
