It was a very bad experience. We booked a suite room and it was filled with cockroaches. The service was the worst. It took them 2 hours to give us one bottle water. The lift and wifi wasn't working. The workers didn't respond. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I used to come very regular to the same property but now day’s Service is not so good, and they don’t maintain their room properly room key switch is not working properly and they have a parking issue, also my checking is at 11 o’clock, but they have given me the room at 1.30pm The same room have a maintenance issue and they keep me weight in the room for one hour after the have given me the another room they have not kept water bottle in the room. After I asked, then only they have kept water bottle They have to improve a lot

It's really very bad experience.. because.. I'm coming 2nd time in this hotel.. but last time(24/02/26) it's very bad experience...my room No 302 fist AC not working... Don't have any Dustbin in a room also in bathroom... TV not started ,,only location it's good others wise everything is very bad...Even not provided room amenities also...And this photo leakage water.....
