Treebo Winter Town Venna Lake With Swimming Pool

Misleading Booking & Very Poor ExperienceI had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. I booked through Agoda, and while making the booking it clearly showed that breakfast was included. However, at the time of check-in, the staff informed us that breakfast was not included and charged us 200 per person. We were 4 people, so we had to pay 800 extra. The breakfast was not worth the price at all. There were only a few basic items like Pav Bhaji, Upma, and Tea. The food quality was poor and definitely not worth 200 per person. The hotel is also very misleading. The beautiful views shown on Instagram and the website are mostly from the outside. Once you enter the property, it doesn't look anything like what is advertised. The rooms are very basic and not worth the amount they charge.Even basic toiletries were missing. There was no soap, no shampoo, and no proper amenities provided in the room.Overall, this hotel is overpriced for what it offers. Poor service, misleading information about breakfast, average rooms, bad food quality, and a disappointing overall experience. I would not recommend staying here

Located on the main road, the place offers easy connectivity. Overall, the stay was pleasant. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner; the towels were clean but not bright white. No toiletries were provided in advance. Considering the price, the property is quite good. Would recommend 👌

had a great experience

I had a wonderful experience at Winter Town! The rooms were tidy, roomy, and very cozy. The location is ideal as many of Mahabaleshwar’s main attractions are close by. The pool, dining area, and tranquil environment added to the pleasure of the stay. After a full day of exploring, unwinding in the jacuzzi was the highlight. I strongly suggest this place to anyone traveling to Mahabaleshwar!

An ideal weekend retreat! I really appreciated my time here. The meals were tasty, the staff was outstanding, and the setting was stunning. The rooms were tidy and properly cared for, enhancing the comfort of the stay. The nice weather contributed to the overall enjoyment and made it more unforgettable. I would certainly suggest this spot to anyone seeking a peaceful weekend break.
