Very disappointing and unpleasant experience. The cleanliness standards at this hotel were terrible. It seemed like the bedsheets had never been changed ’ they were dusty and did not feel clean at all. There was dust everywhere, and to make things worse, there were cockroaches ’?throughout the hotel, which was completely unacceptable. The staff were also unhelpful and lacked professionalism, making the overall experience even worse. Customer service and basic cleanliness should be a priority, but this place failed badly in both areas. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay here again’?

The hotel appears quite appealing in the pictures on online booking platforms, and the road-facing rooms we were initially given had fairly decent d??cor. However, the major concern was the lack of proper maintenance. There were cockroaches in the room, and the bathrooms were not clean or well maintained.Although two other blocks in the hotel seem to have been renovated, the rooms there had a strong smell of cigarette smoke or dampness, which made them uncomfortable to stay in. The only advantage of the property is its location, as it is conveniently situated close to MG Road.The staff were aware of the condition of the rooms and suggested that we move to a higher-category room where there were supposedly no cockroaches. Unfortunately, those rooms also had issues, including unpleasant odors and even holes in the ceiling. Basic amenities were also lacking ’ when we requested towels or toilet paper, we were informed that they were out of stock. The linen and towels provided were stained and poorly maintained.Parking was another challenge. The hotel has very limited parking space, and the security staff made it seem like they were doing us a favor by allowing us to park. If the parking area is full, guests are required to park their vehicles on the road.Overall, the experience was quite disappointing, and I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Room was spacious. Internet connection was not available and repeated requests to address this was not attended to. Service was horrible. The AC in my room was poor and the complaint was not attended to. Only TV channels that are free is subscribed for and hence no TV entertainment in the room. All the useless channels are subscribed. If you have to come to the room and sleep at 11 PM and wake up and head out to work at 8 AM it is not a value for money. Would not recommend.

I got moved here by another FabHotels location that canceled on me for no reason. Via Phoenix was surprisingly decent excellent location walking distance to Church St and Sri Chamarajendra Park. Rooms a was good size comfortable bed & A/C. Breakfast was at a place next door it was fine. No hot water for showers. Upkeep could be better there were roaches and communication with staff was difficult which admittedly is on me being a westerner who can't speak Kannada.
