My stay here was wonderful. The rooms were tidy, clean, and reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful. The food was delicious. The environment was peaceful and quiet. I will surely pick this resort again when I visit Munnar. A special thanks to Anandhu for his exceptional hospitality.

Group • Jul 2026The resort is full of greenery and is spacious too but it is located at a very remote location and the roads leading to the resort is not in a good condition. The hospitality is very poor. We have to wait for long time to get food served, they give a phone number to contact at the reception which never gets connected. The staff are not enthusiastic. They will keep a one litre water bottle in the room and if it gets over, the next day we ourselves have to go and get bottled water for us.
