The resort stay experience was very disappointing. No proper facilities were provided as mentioned. The pool was extremely crowded and people were consuming alcohol in the pool, where as it was mentioned to us beforehand that alcohol is prohibited in the pool. When we complained to the authorities they dint take any action. Our package included free breakfast, but the food provided in breakfast had a very limited verity with no live counter items.

A beautiful and peaceful place to relax away from the city. The resort is located in a very quiet and remote area, which makes the atmosphere calm and refreshing. Arriving in the morning was especially nice as the weather was quite chilly and pleasant. The surroundings are lovely and it’s a great spot if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.

The location itself is a big let down. Looks like a out of the city cafe turned into a motel. Their food and the service were excellent.But the indoor games facilitation was very poorly maintained. We saw people eating around their pool. Area which was pretty disgusting. I think that should be disciplined.In my honest opinion, I wouldn't recommend going to this place again

I recently stayed at this resort and unfortunately lost my earbuds in the room. I informed the staff immediately and requested them to check properly. However, I was told that nothing was found without any proper follow-up or clear response.I understand that items can get misplaced, but I expected better support and seriousness in handling guest concerns. This experience was disappointing and affected my overall impression of the stay.
