Very bad and disgusting stay.I always prefer to stay NOVOTEL in Kolkata.I have ordered my lunch in room dining at 13:50 hrs they said that it will get delivered within 35 to 40mins. I had to wait more than 1 hour but still they couldn’t deliver the lunch and I had to checkout without eating anything. There room floors are so greasy. Staffs are not helpful. Very and experience I had in this hotel. From next time will make sure my company doesn’t book this stay for me.
