Westside Hotel Hitech City

Had a really great time during my recent hotel stay. The staff was super helpful and made everything a breeze. I was able to check in early, which was awesome. They even gave me a temporary room to freshen up in. Definitely a positive experience all around!. Conplementary Breakfast was good aswell.

My stay at Westside Hotel was truly remarkable and far beyond expectations. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality made me feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely taken care of. The atmosphere of the hotel speaks of comfort, warmth, and perfect professionalism.The staff deserves special appreciation ’ every single member was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their dedication to service and guest satisfaction is truly commendable. Whether it was housekeeping, reception, dining staff, or room service, everyone played their part in making my stay memorable.The food was another highlight of the experience. Every meal was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully prepared. The variety offered, along with the quality of ingredients, clearly reflects the hotel’s high standards. Dining at Westside felt like a premium culinary experience in itself.Overall, Westside Hotel excels in every aspect ’ hospitality, food, comfort, and staff behaviour. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, peaceful, and unforgettable stay. I look forward to visiting again.

Every staff has a pleasant nature and good behaviour. They treat us with atmost respect. The food is very nice and specially the persons workin in the hotel gives exceptional service and everyone have a smiling face to make others feel good.

I was given room 101 and the lobby smells cigarette and alcohol,the facilities that were promised and the pictures that were given in ixigo site don’t match For example tv is not functioning, internet WiFi not connecting and the bathroom is like a lodge bathroom with marks and you can see the rust stains too. The bed linen doesn’t feel fresh and you can straight away get a feel that either the linen is not washed properly or a used one and you pull the window curtain and you will see the cement and bird droppings on the window glass from the outside This place could be qualified to be called as a premium lodge and not a hotel and the rating 3 star hotel is definitely disheartening as customers come to various aggregator platform based on the trust on platforms to realise that they are conned The hotel reception person had offered to show three other rooms and I declined the request as they will not be any better as at the first instance the customer is let down by a substandard room then it is like making the customer to put through shame and if the hotel had customer service attitude then they would have given the either of the three good rooms which they offered to show when I raised dissent and dissatisfaction I booked and moved to a different hotel for the same duration of the stay in the same city and this time not to fall trap I went with known brands in the hotel and hospitality industry and though I lost money I have learnt my lesson on how to not get conned by the cheap tricks

Very nice place and i personally like the behavior of staff. They were really helpful.
