Westside Hotel Hitech City

Stayed here for 2 weeks, has clean rooms, helpful staff, and a good location. The rooms are a little smaller in size and washroom had dim lighting. But other than that it's great.

I had a decent stay at Westside Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel was clean overall, and the breakfast was good, although it could be improved a little more. The rooms, however, are not very attractive and a lot of work still needs to be done inside to make them feel more modern and comfortable. A special thanks to Arun Kumar at the reception ’ he was professional, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. Overall, a good experience because of the staff and cleanliness.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. My colleague stayed here, and I also chose to stay, which turned out to be a great decision. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was very relaxing.I would especially like to appreciate the service provided by Mr. Basant, Mr. Chandramani, Mr. Dasmat, Mr. Surendra. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made the stay even more pleasant.The food was good, but there is some scope for improvement, especially in terms of variety and taste.Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality. I would recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, and a big part of that experience was because of Chef Shaikh Abutalim and Waiter Titu.Chef Shaikh Abutalim serves incredibly delicious food every dish was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great care and expertise. His cooking really stands out and adds so much value to the overall experience.Titu provided exceptional service throughout my stay. He was always attentive, polite, and ready to help at any time. His friendly nature and professionalism made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.Everything here is perfect from the quality of food to the excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.I would also like to sincerely request the owner to recognize their outstanding efforts. Chef Shaikh Abutalim and Titu are truly talented, hardworking, and dedicated. Promoting them or rewarding them with a salary increase would be a well-deserved appreciation for their excellent work. They are a valuable asset to the hotel.
