Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.
Property believes in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.
Property only accepts a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
Property standard check-in time is 13 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion.

Directions by Car:
From Ooty Railway Station, take a right and then a left turn from where the road ends. Continue driving on Dasaprakash Road. Take a hairpin left from the crossroads and drive down Welback Road. After 200 m, you will spot Zostel Ooty on your left.
-From Ooty Railway Station/Bus Stand: ~1.5 km, ~INR 80-150 for an auto or a 12-20-min walk.
-From Coimbatore Int’l Airport: 90 km, 4 hrs, ~INR 2500-3000 for a direct taxi to Zostel Ooty.
