Impressive full refund if flight cancelled by airlines .Customer service needs to be improved and you all need to fix that date selection page 1 from and to destination which automatofills up the last booked dates .Beside that all the terms and policy are pretty much transparent for consumers unlike other platforms with hidden terms .Will use Ixigo for future travel.Thank you
