Couple • India • Jun 2026Dear Management,I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. I had booked a 6BHK along with an additional 1BHK for my birthday celebration and spent a significant amount for the occasion. Unfortunately, the experience was far from enjoyable.Throughout the stay, the neighboring guests repeatedly complained about minor noise. My friends had arranged a small birthday gathering with live singing, yet the police were called despite us trying to celebrate responsibly. Even normal TV volume resulted in complaints and unnecessary disturbance.Instead of feeling welcomed on my birthday, I felt harassed and embarrassed in front of my guests. The constant interruptions completely ruined the atmosphere and caused considerable stress during what was supposed to be a special occasion.If the property has such strict noise policies or is unsuitable for group bookings and celebrations, this should be clearly communicated before accepting large bookings like ours.Considering the inconvenience, embarrassment, and disruption we faced during our stay, I request that management review this matter and provide appropriate compensation or goodwill reimbursement.I look forward to your response.
Everything was nice. The room was freshly cleaned when we checked in. There were a few cockroaches which could be easily taken care by pest control.
