The room is in excellent condition, and the staff, especially Alam and Shamshad, are very polite and well-mannered. The price is also quite reasonable.

Shamshad ji is a nice person. The hotel is affordable.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've experienced. I booked through MakeMyTrip and overlooked the hotel's policy against unmarried couples. Upon arrival, the staff informed us, and we immediately accepted and agreed to leave without argument. However, the treatment we received afterward was shocking. When I politely asked for a refund since we hadn't checked in, the staff refused rudely with no empathy or willingness to listen. We weren't asking them to change their policy, just for a fair resolution to an honest mistake. We are professionals who traveled for work, not trying to misuse the hotel. A partial refund, even 50%, would have shown basic courtesy. Instead, they kept the full ₹3,000 despite us arriving around 4 PM and not using the room, which felt very unfair. I'm also disappointed with MakeMyTrip for not assisting and simply saying they can't help. While I respect the hotel's right to enforce policies, treating customers with dignity and compassion is essential in hospitality, and this hotel failed at both. I strongly caution future guests to reconsider booking here, as genuine mistakes won't be met with understanding or support, and you'll just lose your money.
