Overall, the hospitality was pleasant.

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. I reserved a room ahead of time and specifically asked for one with a balcony. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room with a broken door lock and a balcony door that was stuck open. When I requested a different room, the staff insisted I "adjust" and only switched my room after nearly 25 minutes of arguing. The issues continued: the phone in my new room didn't work while others did, housekeeping was late citing staff shortages, and the cleaners even asked me what they were supposed to clean. The reception refused to accept my Blinkit and Zomato deliveries, saying it was hotel policy, though I saw them accept deliveries for other guests. They agreed to refrigerate my cake but returned it completely melted. The hotel suffers from poor upkeep, dishonest excuses, inconsistent rules, and awful customer service. I advise thinking twice before booking here. Also, be cautious of their shady tactics if you complain about any discomfort or service issues.

I would look for other hotels. Taps and electrical outlets are broken. Not a safe hotel those who wanted to stay with kids. Small towels are not available and piece of junk for the price that we paid.

I enjoyed a nice few days at the hotel. Every staff member was courteous, kind, and supportive during my visit. The service was top-notch and ensured I felt at ease. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection to choose from. The self-service setup was handy, allowing us to pick whatever we liked. Many thanks to Mr. Alli for his significant assistance and excellent support whenever required. All in all, it was a great stay, and I would certainly suggest this hotel to others.
