I am J Ahmed from Kolkata. I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my family and found it excellent in every aspect, including the environment, staff behavior, service, and location. I look forward to staying here again whenever I visit Bengaluru. Thanks to everyone at LA SARA.

I have been a frequent visitor to this hotel for a long time, often staying 3–4 times a month, which is why I feel compelled to share this feedback. Unfortunately, in the last two months, since a new woman and a young man joined the reception team, my experience has been consistently disappointing. The receptionist behaves in a very unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful manner, seeming not to take her duties seriously, and the other staff member also lacks basic politeness and customer service skills. This isn’t a one-time issue; during my last two visits, I encountered the same unacceptable behavior from the receptionist. I overlooked it because I genuinely love this hotel and wanted to keep coming back. Hoping for improvement, I stayed again yesterday, but sadly, nothing has changed. The reception is the hotel's first point of contact, and the way guests are greeted sets the initial impression. It’s disheartening to see poor customer service harming the reputation of an otherwise excellent hotel. I truly don’t understand how staff with such attitudes are allowed to represent this property. I checked out today and, with much disappointment, have decided not to return unless this problem is fixed. It pains me to make this choice because I have always enjoyed my stays here. Please don’t see this as just another complaint; it comes from a loyal guest who wants this hotel to keep its good name. I sincerely ask management to promptly review the reception staff’s performance and take necessary action. A hotel with such a strong reputation deserves a professional, respectful, and guest-friendly reception team. I hope my feedback is taken seriously and that changes are made. I would love to come back in the future, but only if the reception experience improves. Thank you.

The room was tidy. The staff were very courteous and supportive.

I stayed at the hotel for 21 days, and the staff's attitude was poor. They gave only one 1-liter water bottle for two guests and refused to provide an extra one. When we requested water refills, it took them 1 to 2 hours to bring it. The staff seemed very lazy. Also, although breakfast was included, they served the same fixed menu every day for all 21 days.
