How can a person not be embarrassed to demand like 100 rupees just for a damned plain maggi??ya that is what this hotel is capable of .I can literally make the same maggi for like 18 rupees by myself Ya it is my bad that i should have known there are shameless hotel owners who frame their own digits as menu.Ya it is my bad to even order something without checking menu actually i never would have thought that a maggi can cost 100 rupees WoW.Plus the person who just gave us the bill don't know how to even use a calculator ya that shows the level of a so called three star hotel

Initially, they agreed that parking was included. But after I paid for the room, they said the price did not include car parking. After arguing, they finally agreed to provide parking. However, I didn’t appreciate that they didn’t stick to their original word. Clear communication and honesty are very important.

-----Minus rating. Pathetic service and a horrible experience. Would never recommend this hotel.On 25 January 2026, we reached the hotel around 12:00 PM for check-in. Initially, the hotel staff informed us that the room would be provided within one hour. We waited as instructed. However, after approximately 30 minutes, the staff suddenly refused to provide us a room, citing non-availability, which is completely unacceptable for a confirmed and prepaid booking.The hotel staff behaved in a rude, unprofessional, and hostile manner. We were harassed for nearly two hours and were forcefully pressured to cancel the booking from MakeMyTrip, instead of the hotel taking responsibility for their failure. They bluntly refused to allow us to check in and asked us to find another hotel.

the service staff is just disappointing. The wait time was like 1 hour for even basic things like tea or water .We weren't even provided kettle or tea kit - the room cleaning that was done was worst .Food quality was just average - wasn't worth the priceWe visited during holidays in snowfallsoo it was a nightmare reaching the hotel .

Staff is coprative humble and good deal with customers. But laundry is very dirty and rooms were not hygiene. Location is semi good near mall raod but you have to walk for 650meters for mall road. This is very hectic for travelers to climb stairs. Property is very old and need to restoration. Food quality is good. Value for money hotel.They dont have parking also and nearby parking is very expensive.
