Dirty rooms, cockroaches and broken bathroom fittings

I am very disappointed with the condition of the room. The room is not properly clean, and there are bed bugs/cockroaches found on the bed. The AC is also not working properly, and the water jet pressure is very low. Additionally, the bathroom fittings/parts are not functioning properly.This is not acceptable, especially considering the room charges.

I wish I could rate this place below zero. It was the worst accommodation I've experienced. The bed was filthy and lacked any hygiene. Used condoms were discarded in the parking area. The whole building was unclean.
