Hi everyone, we stayed at Benz Park in Kodaikanal for three nights. It has good car parking, safety, and security. The rooms are spacious and very clean. All the staff, including the receptionists, chefs, room cleaning, and housekeeping, took great care of us. They treated us very respectfully and showed excellent hospitality. We had a very comfortable stay, and they were always responsive whenever we called. The highlight was the food they provided; it was home-style, like home-cooked food, and didn't upset our stomachs at all. It was very tasty. We had breakfast there for three days, and it was really good with a lot of variety. We also had dinner, and they prepared delicious food exactly as we requested, not too spicy, which we really liked. All the staff there treated us very well. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Anyone can blindly book a room at Benz Park. Everything here is available at a five-star hotel level with reasonable prices. I came with my six-year-old kid and my aged parents, and they took great care of everyone across all age groups. You can trust Benz Park for your room booking, and your trip is guaranteed to be memorable.

The hotel also offers useful amenities such as a gym and a dedicated kids’ play area, making it suitable for families traveling with children as well as guests who prefer to maintain their fitness routine during a holiday. However, the **location was a slight drawback**, as the property is situated quite far from **Kodaikanal Lake**, and traveling to the lake cost us around ’300 one way, which added up over multiple trips and reduced the convenience factor. Another area where the hotel fell short was the **food quality**, which did not meet expectations in terms of taste and consistency, and this is where points were deducted in our overall experience. While the dining options were adequate, the food lacked the flavor and quality one would expect at this level, especially in a popular hill station like Kodaikanal. That said, the comfortable rooms, good service, calm atmosphere, and family-friendly facilities helped balance out these shortcomings, making Benz Park a decent choice for travelers who prioritize comfort and amenities over proximity to the lake and gourmet dining.

Overall experience with Benzz park hotel it’s was very happy convenient luxury stay.Raja and Sathish very polite and friendly. They guided about price and rooms along with peaceful locations.Rooms were beautifully appointed and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. Rooms service is too good.Without any delay they provided food items.The restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful the servicing dining.Benzz park hotel - Restaurant foods are very tasty and good quality and quantity.Worth for more then the money.Overall good safety and quality stay at benzz park hotel. Feel very happy will visit again.

The hotel was located in the city not too far but views are not great from the property. Rooms are very old and run down they have renovated parts but seem to still need improved .the room service and restuarant food was great . Bt they are charging extra for heaters in kodaikanal which is pathetic. it is so obvious to have room heaters in a room . Overall decent stay but nothing great.. washrooms were a bit too old as well but have a decent amenties kit
