Had a wonderful stay , Hotel is great value for money , well maintained , very clean and good open sitting area and give a classy look . Sepcially the resturant which is well decorated with in vintage style with lot of vintage items and photos the food was also worderful. Overall had a comfortable stay. The staff was also very good .
The stay was good overall, no complaints on that, but the extra charge was unexpected.

Group • India • Sep 2026The front desk staff got my nationality wrong, which was a huge error and honestly one of the most embarrassing moments I've experienced. I made my booking through Agoda and Booking.com, both of which clearly stated that luggage storage was available. However, the hotel did not provide this service at all! Because of this, I had to urgently find a luggage storage place at the time of check-out, which ended up costing me an additional 3,000 to 4,000 Rupees. If the information had been correct from the start, I could have avoided this extra expense.
