Cennet Hotel Allahabad

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help. The highlight of my experience was definitely the food. The quality, taste, and presentation were outstanding. The variety in the menu catered to all preferences, and every dish was perfectly cooked. Compliments to the chef and the entire kitchen team. I would highly recommend this hotel for both stay and dining.’

Excellent staff. Very helpful. They allowed my parents to keep the luggage post check out and even gave them a room to freshen up. This is a hallmark of great hospitality.

Worst property! The rooms are shabby,non hygienic. You will find hair in the bathroom. Neither rooms or bathroom are cleaned. The entry area carpet wasn’t cleaned for years together. There was fungus in the bathroom and pan stains behind washbasin. Dirty linen on bed.

These people are fraud.. We booked a room during the time of kumbh.. First of all They over charged us for everything.. the rooms were pathetic there were no room service available... we booked our cabs and bikes from the hotel staff they promised us that the bike person will show us everything and we even paid double the amount in advance but at last bike person started asking for extra money and left us in between...and we complained to the hotel staff about this behavior they simply refused and said that thing was not covered...So the staff and the hotel nothing is good...dont book this property

We booked this hotel for our mahakumbh visit. Please do not trust these people. They have non / refundable bookings and will not consider anything . We requested them so much citing serious health issue of our grandfather but they did not budge. Such pathetic behaviour from the staff. We even requested for a date shift but they were so insensitive that the staff kept on pushing that they were not authorised to do it. They even lied that their hotel was sold out for all the maha kumbh date whereas i could see online that the rooms were vacant. They will go to any extent to mislead you. Horrible experience.
