Cliff Way Apartments

The apartment is located between North and South cliff, allowing easy access to both beaches. The rooms were clean and maintained. There is an EV charging station available. The caretaker was helpful and met all our needs. However, the heater was not functioning and the cooking utensils provided were not well maintained.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing, mainly due to very poor customer service. On the positive side, the room was spacious and included a washing machine, a large veranda, and a wrap-around balcony. However, the room showed signs of wear, and the towels and sheets were old and frayed. It was also quite noisy during the daytime. The worst part was the check-in experience; the staff arrived in a bad mood without any greeting and were rude to the driver assisting me with my bags. They also immediately and repeatedly demanded payment, which made me feel uncomfortable and led me to shorten my stay. I would not choose to return.

The location is just 2 km away from Varkala Cliff. The apartment has washing machine and gas stove too. The king suit also had the terrace with a swing. Very spacious and staff was very helpful.

This was the second time iam booking this stay , and it was a good experience, clean , spacious rooms Even though it's almost 500 meter away from the clif , i find it calm atmosphere, there is an autorickshaw stand just opposite to the stay so you don't have have to worry about the travel to the clif
