When we arrived at the hotel they said we are full and do not have rooms, for which I had already paid to Agoda and while asking my refund he said ask Agoda they will do the refund. Very disappointed with Agoda and as well as with this stupid terrible unhygienic property. No one should ever visit.

The property itself is good, but the management and staff were careless and lenient. I booked my stay through an online portal, where the terms and conditions clearly allowed outside food and delivery. Since I have dietary restrictions, I ordered food online. However, the hotel staff refused to let me bring it in, insisting that outside food was not permitted. Even after I showed them the online company’s policies, they were rude and unwilling to listen.The service was also disappointing. Despite several requests, it took an entire day for them to provide a kettle. There were no cups or glasses in the room, and I was expected to manage without them. Although the room was spacious, housekeeping was poor. Daily cleaning was supposed to be part of the service, but I had to make repeated requests and follow-ups to get it done.The management should address these issues promptly. Otherwise, in the long run, such problems may damage the reputation of the property.

To increase its profit, the company books more rooms than it has and due to this, both the customers and the staff are annoyed. The staff gave a very good response in their own way but they were also forced to face the company's policy. That is, despite making all the payment for the booking, people do not get the rooms. That is, after booking, make the confirmation 100% and if you have booked online, keep another option. Don't expect more than just tea-coffee-bread-chhole-poua for breakfast.
