My stay at Hotel Dhruva Inn was a memorable experience’for all the wrong reasons.Despite being a corporate booking, the hotel staff repeatedly insisted on advance room rent payments. At one point, a staff member even refused my request for an extension of stay unless I paid in advance, without first understanding what I was actually asking.The billing experience was equally disappointing. The hotel could not provide an invoice matching the amount I had actually paid through our company booking portal and instead issued a bill after deducting the agency’s commission. Additionally, they were unable to provide a bill for food consumed at their rooftop lounge, simply stating that the bill had already been paid.The constant insistence on advance payments makes one wonder whether previous guests, after experiencing the service, preferred not to pay at all. (Just a thought.)That said, I am genuinely grateful that I was able to stay there for five nights’of course, after paying in advance.

My time at Hotel Dhruva Inn was unforgettable, but unfortunately for negative reasons. Even though my booking was corporate, the staff kept demanding advance payment for the room. At one point, a staff member declined my request to extend my stay without upfront payment, without fully hearing me out. The billing process was also frustrating. The hotel couldn't provide an invoice matching the amount paid through our company portal and instead gave a bill after subtracting the agency's commission. They also couldn't issue a bill for food at their rooftop lounge, saying it was already paid. Their persistent demand for advance payments makes me wonder if past guests, after their experience, chose not to pay at all. Nonetheless, I am thankful I managed to stay five nights—though only after paying upfront.

Good place to stay.

Great stay and food , the staff is really helpful and cordial, really recommend for ladies even if they staying alone

Had a wonderful stay with delicious food; the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this place for women, even if they are traveling solo.
