The room and service were poor, and the hotel was unclean. The staff was drunk, and the bed and bedsheets were not clean.

The hotel is in good location opposite to BHEL, around 600 metres to the mysore road metro station. The room was not at all hygienic. The bedsheets were not washed, there were stains in bedsheeys and pillows. The washrooms were not cleaned properly and the hotel premises was also disguisting. There are plenty of good hotels in the lower than the price.
