Solo Traveller • Jul 2026I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice before booking.We booked two rooms for five nights (25–30 June 2026) based on the photos and description displayed online. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different from what was advertised.The rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and had a strong unpleasant smell. The bathroom was unhygienic, the walls and furniture were damaged, the curtains and windows were dusty, and, most concerning of all, there were bugs/cockroaches inside the room. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were far below acceptable standards.The condition of the hotel made it impossible for our family to stay. Although we had booked five nights, we were forced to check out after the first night and immediately book another hotel at our own expense because the environment was simply not suitable for guests.What made the experience even more disappointing was the complete lack of customer service. We requested a refund for the unused nights and provided photographic evidence of the room conditions. Unfortunately, no one at the hotel showed any interest in resolving the issue. We also contacted Agoda, but we did not receive a positive or satisfactory response regarding our refund request.This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had. The property does not reflect the images shown online, and the level of cleanliness and maintenance is unacceptable.I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. I sincerely hope the management takes responsibility, improves the condition of the property, and treats future guests with the professionalism they deserve.
