The rooms are totally in unexpected condition I booked room for my 3 female frnds they checked in but and went to room & tried to closed windows but they not locked also their is no grill for safety & all .... & In condition of climable height.... Due to safety issue they checked out in just 15 mins

Disappointing Family Stay

Very disappointing experience. Despite having a confirmed online booking, the hotel refused to provide check-in unless I paid an additional ₹500. As I arrived in the evening with my family after travelling from another city, I had no choice but to pay. The complimentary breakfast included in the booking for the next day was also not provided. Treating guests this way, especially families who have travelled long distances, is highly unprofessional and insensitive. Would not recommend this hotel."
