Extremely bad stay. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone. The pillow and sheets were dirty and seemed like they hadn't been changed before I arrived. The air conditioner was dripping water, making the room uncomfortable and messy. The bathroom was filthy, smelled bad, and obviously wasn't cleaned well. Also, the TV didn't work at all. The worst part is I paid ₹1,500 for a deluxe room, but the condition was far below what you'd expect for that price. It felt unhygienic, badly maintained, and not worth the cost. The management really needs to work on cleanliness, upkeep, and basic room standards. I won't come back here.

Cleanliness seemed ignored, and the whole place felt unwelcoming and inappropriate, especially for families. Both the ambiance and management fell short of basic expectations. I highly recommend steering clear of this hotel. Please avoid staying here 🙏🙏

Avoid staying at this hotel, especially with family. A few months ago during my trip to Bangalore, they asked me to park my car outside. The next morning, I found my car's front windshield broken. They checked the cameras and claimed to know who did it and promised to fix it. Since I was busy with meetings, I trusted them and agreed. However, they never showed me the footage or introduced me to the person responsible, only gave me a phone number saying it would be fixed by evening. Suspecting something, I extended my stay another day. The next day, they asked me to leave but assured me they would come to my home to fix it. Long story short, they never did. The guy who gave me his number later said he was just a friend and knew nothing. The manager stopped answering my calls. After much arguing, someone sent me only 15K for a windshield that cost 36K plus service charges. Someone even started talking nonsense. I am a company director and don't have time for all these follow-ups. FabHotels should take proper action against such hotels and promoters.
