Terrible service and unfriendly staff; I advise against booking rooms at any Fab Hotels in Delhi.

I booked this online and had to check in late at night, so I had no choice but to stay. It was a waste of money! The rooms are extremely unattractive. They smell like a trash bin, and the bathroom tiles are rusted. Please avoid this hotel company; they are deceiving people! The sheets, tables, and all accessories are dirty and covered in dust.

I chose this hotel based on friends' recommendations, but it turned out to be a big mistake. After checking in, I deeply regretted selecting this place. The staff was very disappointing and seemed indifferent to service and customer care. During my two-night stay, no one cleaned the toilets despite my requests, and when I asked for fresh bedsheets, they refused shamelessly. I have shared photos so others don't make the same mistake. The worst part was on the first night around 11 PM, when I returned with my family, the night duty older bald man was drinking alcohol at the reception with another man. He even rudely asked me about my girlfriend in front of my sister, which shocked and angered me. I confronted him about his behavior, and only one staff member apologized for the misconduct of the older man and his friend. This is a serious issue for Fab Hotels, especially since they claim alcohol is not allowed on the premises, yet staff openly drink. Imagine how they would behave if a woman stayed alone here—this raises major safety and security concerns. I regret trusting Fab Hotels without checking Google reviews first. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel not to book it.

Service was poor, the air conditioning was broken, and the elevator was out of order. The place had an unpleasant odor. I would not suggest staying at this hotel.
