Rooms image present on their website and other booking portals does not match with actual.When we refused to stay, they refused to refund our advance .Staff was not at all polite, they were like mere pas apka advance nai h me kaha se du, jaha se booking ki h waha se mango.We spoke to customer care they denied.At 11 30 pm with my 2 small kids , I was standing on the road outside the hotel looking for rickshaw. The entire hotel was vacant still they were not courteous enough to offer us upgrade or ay support.If this is the way people behave in customer service, I tell you,your group has a small vision and a very small journey into it.Pathetic service , no gesture, disgusting behavior

FabHotel frequently disappoints guests with its subpar service, leading to long waits for basic requests and unresponsive staff. Many issues with unhelpful personnel, lack of essential amenities like proper toiletries or working TVs, and inconsistent room cleanliness.Overall worst experience and a struggle to meet basic hospitality standards. It's advisable to consider other options if reliable service is a priority for your stay.

Located on road, staff is cooperative and well mannered, rooms were neat &clean a great experience

Rooms condition were good except the premium room, side rooms have no visibility of outside or sunlight. Toilet condition is pathetic with water licking and getting hot water is almost impossible, unless 2 bucket of water before getting slight hot water. Have to call room service for cleaning. No proactive measures. Location was good.
