Worst place to ever stay’.non flexible and rude staff’.they don’t know how to speak to customers. You’re in a service industry and if you cannot accommodate a request you need to be able to politely refuse and not be rude. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and non humble

The room was horrible and service worst. The Towel , bathroom was not usable. No hot water . I have programme of two night but vacated in early morning .

The receptionist was very arrogant and cold when we entered. I showed my ID as a Judicial Officer and she said, 'ye nahi chalega, koi aur dikhao' instead of politely asking for another proof which would anyways be smaller than my official ID.The manager guy was ignorant when we asked him to change the bedsheets, he straight out refused.Rooms smelled bad and were very humid.The bathing area was clogging.Very small rooms with electrical issues.Mattresses were smaller than the beds so they were not tucked in properly.I would have given 0 stars if that was possible.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with FabHotel Shubhangan. Despite making a confirmed booking for 2 rooms well in advance through Goibibo, the hotel denied my check-in on the day of arrival. Their justification was that the rate I paid online was "too low," which is completely unacceptable.As a customer, I trusted this hotel to honor a confirmed booking, but instead, I was left stranded with my family in another city without accommodation. The staff refused to take responsibility and directed me to Goibibo for resolution, showing a total lack of professionalism and customer service.A hotel’s primary responsibility is to provide the service they promised, and refusing a booking due to pricing is unethical and reflects poorly on their management practices. This kind of behavior not only causes inconvenience but also tarnishes the trust customers place in such establishments.I strongly advise against booking this hotel, as they may not honor their commitments, leaving you in a difficult situation. Choose accommodations that prioritize their customers and maintain professionalism.

I've stayed at multiple branches of Fab Hotel, and I’ve noticed a few recurring issues. First, they charge ’40 per bottle of water, and we weren’t informed about this beforehand, which was quite frustrating. On top of that, everything comes with an additional cost, even ice (’150). For the price you pay, you’d expect better service, but it’s not as quick as it should be.While the cleanliness is generally good, the flooring always seems to have a sticky feel, which is off-putting. The rooms look nice in photos, and while they are decent in person, the thin wooden partition between rooms means you can hear everything from the next room, which isn’t ideal. Also, the fridge in the room wasn’t working, which was disappointing, given that it's shown in the images.Overall, while the room was good, the constant extra charges and lack of proper service make it less appealing for the price.
