Had a very pleasant stay overall. The property location was a little tricky to navigate initially, but manageable. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. One thing that truly stood out was the staff’s cleanliness etiquette — they entered the room without footwear while handing over the room, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated.The breakfast experience was excellent with good variety and tasty food, and table service made it even more comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Although the property has only a few floors and no lift, it was manageable for us. There were a few minor spots on the blanket, but it did not affect our stay much.The hotel also has ample parking space along with a nice garden area and swings to relax around. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a good experience.

Awesome Stay at this Property !! A relaxed, calm and a perfect getaway for your weekends !! Each and every point considering the Room/Stay deserves an applaud. The room was very spacious with a private balcony, were you can enjoy your evening-chai. The bed was large, clean and comfortable. Special mention to the cleanliness of the Bathroom - it was clean and very well maintained.10/10 for the review – I would definitely visit and stay again, whenever we are again in Lonavala !!

Girivihar is exactly what I was looking for. A calm getaway with relaxing environment. What really impressed me is the quality they have maintained from food to rooms to service, everything is just perfect. Mrunal, the owner, is very helpful. I think I am gonna have to keep coming back. Thank you team Girivihar for such an amazing experience. Highly recommended. :)

If you are looking for simple and soul satusfying food that comes close to 'ghar ka khaana' feels then Giri Vihar restaurant is the place to come to. Loved the food, light on the stomach tasty and satiating satisfying. Totally recommend it. They have both Punjabi & Gujarati food.

We stayed as a family of three at Giri Vihar Holiday Club in the first half of February 2026 and had a wonderful experience.The property is located about 700 meters off the main road, making it easily walkable to nearby restaurants, shops, and other establishments. At the same time, it sits in a calm residential area, away from traffic noise and the hustle of the main road’perfect for a peaceful stay.The rooms are very spacious, well laid out, and come with a private balcony. Cleanliness deserves a special mention’the rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained. The beds were large and comfortable, and the room also had a sofa bed, which worked perfectly for our son.Now, about the food’this was one of the highlights of our stay. This is a family-run property, and the food truly feels home-cooked, not restaurant-style. Every meal tasted like it was prepared with care, just like food at home. We ended up eating almost all our meals at the hotel during our two-day stay.Breakfasts were delicious and filling. One day we had a fantastic Gujarati breakfast with fresh theplas, and the next day it was poha’simple, fresh, and very well made.The overall atmosphere of the place is peaceful and relaxing. Although we visited during the off-season and couldn’t fully experience Lonavala at its best, that had nothing to do with the property itself.Highly recommended.A warm, clean, peaceful place with excellent food and hospitality.10/10 ’ would definitely stay again.
