Nothing really deluxe about the deluxe room definitely did not live up to the pics posted. Only good thing was the distance to temple. Food was really really subpar

The hotel has a nice layout but the whole experience was disappointing.Inadequate space in the rooms relative to cost, with no toiletries being provided and some visible stains on the walls, also the shower curtain was ripped. This hotel cannot be classified as a four star property.When we went for lunch around 2:50 PM, We did not expect a full spread, but having nothing available was hard to digest. In the evening, there were no snacks to choose from and at night, the restaurant had just one dish available. Staff presence was very limited.The lobby ambience was dull as the chandeliers and main highlights there were all switched off. The lobby area felt dull and gloomy, giving an uninviting atmosphere rather than a welcoming one.Overall, I do not feel that this hotel provided good value for our money.

Customer service was not up to the mark. Enquiry calls where no attended by staff members.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and every staff member went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.A special mention goes to the service girls Ms.Jyothika and Ms.Gopika who prepared fresh baby food for my toddler with so much care and attention. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help truly made a difference for us. It’s rare to find such thoughtful service, and I’m genuinely grateful for their support.The hotel’s warm hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with family, especially with young children.Thank you for making our stay so pleasant ’ we look forward to coming back.

Stayed here with my family for one night. The room and bathroom were decent but very small. Although a TV was provided, there was no active TV service as the subscription hadn’t been renewed. The AC was also poor even at 16 degrees, it took more than half a day to cool the small room. The room key didn’t work properly, so I had to call the reception every time.The Deluxe Room is suitable only for two people. Room service was often unreachable, and the service provided was quite disappointing.The restaurant inside the hotel is very expensive, so make sure to check the prices before ordering. They didn’t even have tissues or mineral water bottles available. It’s better to explore other restaurants nearby instead of dining here.Overall, this hotel is not value for money. I would recommend checking other nearby options before booking.
