Stay was normal. Location was prime. Service boy was not available at night . Luggage shifting not facilitated by hotel due to unavailability of staff during checkout.

Awful Check-in Experience

We reached the hotel at 9pm. First they said the booking was not confirmed then asked us to somewhere else nearby. Then when we insisted, they gave us a very small room with only a bed, no cupboard, not even a table, no place to hang the dresses. That also FF or 1500/- bucks. Horrible!
