Hotel ANR

The cleanliness of this hotel is really poor and concerning. The bed sheets were visibly dirty, with clear stains, and the room in general felt neglected and unhygienic.The hotel is also extremely noisy. There is constant noise during the night, making it almost impossible to rest properly.The only positive point was that there was hot water, but that does not make up for all the other problems.The breakfast situation was the worst part. The booking clearly states ’buffet breakfast’, but on Sunday we were told there was no buffet and that breakfast would be served in the room. We agreed without any issue. However, at check-out we were charged extra for room service, something that was never informed in advance and was entirely the hotel’s decision, not ours.Misleading information, poor management, and terrible cleanliness.I do not recommend this hotel at all.

hum 2 days ruke the , bout hi polite hai sab yrr’’delhi se aaye the hum , receptionist bhi saare bout ache the, professional behave krte hai, proper dress mai rhete hai, staff to bhaii very very good. Apse ache se rate puchte hai stay ke liyeSee I’m not gonna exaggerate,this hotel deserves 5/5 stars they put all their efforts for you, think whatever you want but once stay there and feel the service, especially morning breakfast buffet omg’? itna ache price mai complete breakfast buffet,fresh cooked. For us everything went smooth. Bhaar gate pe guard bhi ache se respect and response krte hai. cleanliness bhi upto the mark. Or hn dekho they have many different category room options or stay duration lambi hogi to or bhi offers hai. Last mai bs ki they are at par brabar service like a 3star hotel nhi 4star ke karib. And try contacting the hotel directly agar bout acha less price chaiye to.Price halka sa or kam hojye to superr excellent!

Good sized-room, very comfortable and clean, with a good A/C. The bathroom is very small, but it is clean and has plenty of hot water. The staff was most amazing: we stayed here for nearly 1 week, and they took care of us as if we were their parents and grandparents (for the younger staff). We found their great concern for our well-being very touching. They will remain in our heart and mind forever. We are very grateful for your great care, we love you all.We took bearly all our meals there, their food was simply amazing whatever we ordered.There are no windows in the rooms, and we shared our room with a resident cockroach. We did ask for a spray, but they sprayed dish liquid or floor cleaner here and there which was no help of course. The bathroom mat was filthy. Although I asked to change it, it never happened.All in all, I'd recommend this hotel, it gets 1st prize for caring and kindness.

A fack and real feedback for this hotel..too many cockroaches in room .. when you sleep cockroaches can be on your bed as well. There is no warm water, WC is shocked up.. etcHonestly speaking.. i had a very worst experience in this ANR hotel.. suggesting all not to look after this hotel for a stay in Charbagh, Lucknow.Even the Staff talks big big things but outcome is 0.

I had a wonderful stay at ANR Hotel, Lucknow. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The price is also very reasonable.The best part was the polite and cooperative staff. I really liked the way they interacted, very professional and humble. The 24-hour receptionist service was very helpful as well.Overall, this hotel is perfect in terms of comfort, hospitality, and budget. Highly recommended!
