Please double check before booking room online as we faced challenge as did not checked and portal took 1 person while booking the room and they charged us 1k extra for each additional persons even though the rooms can accommodate more than 1 person and ended up paying 2500 additional amount.
The room was clean and the service was good.

Solo Traveller • India • Jun 2026I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Atithis Roof Top Restaurant, and honestly, I do not see myself ever going back there again.We had made a reservation in advance, so we expected at least a decent table and a smooth dining experience. Unfortunately, even after having a reservation, we were not given a good table. Instead of being welcomed properly, we had to argue and wait until we were finally given a table that was acceptable. That alone set the mood for the evening in a very negative way.The bigger disappointment was the food. The taste was extremely poor and nowhere close to what we expected from a restaurant like this. The chicken lollipop was especially bad. In fact, it was probably the worst chicken lollipop I have ever tasted. It lacked flavor, freshness, and quality. After trying the starters, we completely lost interest in continuing the meal.Because the food was so disappointing, we decided to cancel the main course. However, we were told it could not be cancelled. At that point, we were already unhappy with the service and the taste, but still had no option except to pay for food we no longer wanted to eat. We ended up paying for it and donating the food instead. Honestly, I even felt bad for whoever had to eat it, because the taste was that bad.A restaurant experience is not just about the view or the ambience. It is about hospitality, service, food quality, and how customers are treated. Unfortunately, this place failed on all of those points for us. Having a reservation did not help, the service was frustrating, the food was terrible, and the overall experience was a complete waste of time and money.I would not recommend Hotel Atithis Roof Top Restaurant to anyone based on my experience. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have had, and I will definitely never visit this place again.
