Couple • India • Sep 2026I was asked to make advance payment for confirming the booking though booked through my firm’s corporate portal.The room & services were decent but there were few issues like issue in opening window, water logging in balcony especially during this season of dengue & malaria, food quality wasn’t good at all, fresh towels smelled.Also, while coming through cab, since I reached late, the service road main door was closed which caused trouble & had to struggle finding opened entrance to property’s road.

One chair, no table, and barely enough room to stand. Apparently, dining while standing’or balancing plates on the bed’is considered a feature here.The towels looked ancient and filthy. We wouldn't even touch them and had to buy our own paper tissues instead.Good staff can't save a hotel that fails at basic comfort and cleanliness. Never again.
